Few materials can match stone for its sheer beauty. The popular image of stone – cool, pale and smooth, is belied by an incredible variety of colours, textures and patterning. Limestone, for example, can range from creamy white to dappled blue, from speckly to peppered with fossils. No two slabs or tiles are alike – even cut from the same block, each piece has its own unique surface, offering endless vitality and interest.
All stone floors are practical. The technical advances of modern, silicone-based sealants and cleaners have made looking after a stone floor almost as simple as that of porcelain. A stone floor will continue to look good for years, even improving with age. We have a large range of travertine, limestone, slate and marble available in a variety of sizes, and finishes.
